Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in supporting individuals to transform their lives. You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions.

  • Identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local businesses
  • Support participants in identifying skills to become job-ready
  • Deliver high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhance participants' employability through training and support referrals
  • Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups
