Project Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting project teams in delivering projects on schedule through the development of project plans and schedules.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or similar Tertiary Qualification related to the development of infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role.
  • Experience working on large scale construction projects or other similar project works is preferred.

Key competencies include:

  • Basic knowledge of Autodesk Autocad.
  • High proficiency in Oracle P6 software.
  • Strong collaborative skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor detailed programmes in P6 and other software.
  • Ensure accurate and timely progress of works at site is uploaded in FGJV systems.
  • Collaborate in the continual development and update of internal and contractual programmes in P6 including dates, progress, resources.
