Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent Goods Receiving Clerk to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse operations, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of efficiently receiving and processing incoming materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Verify delivery against purchase orders and invoices
  • Process returns and resolve any discrepancies
  • Store and organize received items in designated areas
  • Maintain up-to-date records of orders and delivery details

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Warehouse Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in operating a forklift, knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, and experience with inventory management software (SAP ERP)
