Job Role Overview

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their team as a Receiving Officer. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing goods while maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper authorizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procure, receive, store, and distribute products in accordance with the hotel's standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with department leaders for stock ordering and property supplies management.
  • Ensure all received goods meet authorization standards.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing all goods received.
  • Oversee store inventories, maintain stock levels, rotate stock, and issue items based on authorized requisitions.
  • Conduct monthly stocktaking and costing reconciliations as required by the finance department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving area and store spaces.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
