Job Summary

We are seeking a professional with expertise in managing insurance claims from initial submission to settlement. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action and manage claims efficiently and effectively.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, business partners, and third parties to ensure seamless claim resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance and claims matters.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in motor vehicle claims, claim recoveries, or the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP experience is highly regarded.
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A results-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure.
