We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Supervisor to join our team in the concrete and aggregates laboratory. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who can oversee the smooth operation of the lab, supervise laboratory technicians, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of laboratory technicians working at the Port Melbourne lab.
  • Ensuring the lab is operated safely, efficiently, and complies with all specified testing requirements.

  • Strong analytical skills to present complex data as actionable management information.
  • Effective people management experience.
  • Collaborative, innovative, well-organized, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface between operations and sales/marketing.
