Job Title:

Laboratory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of our Melbourne laboratory, facilitating and coordinating testing requirements for clients. Mentor and coach staff to develop their testing skills, ensuring data integrity and validation of all filed and laboratory data. Adhere to lab quality systems and work with QA Manager to meet NATA requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in testing soils, aggregate, and concrete to Australian and Vic Roads standards. They must hold a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or equivalent qualification, knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and previous NATA Signatory status. WHS compliance and responsibilities knowledge are also essential.
