Enrolment Process Support Role

The Foundations Admissions Officer plays a pivotal role in guiding students through the enrolment process for foundation courses. This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, resolving student inquiries, and ensuring seamless end-to-end enrolment processes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated advanced skills in using Student Management Systems, Internet Search Engines, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Relevant certificate-level qualification or equivalent combination of experience and training
