**Enrolment Specialist Role Summary:**
Our Enrolment Team is seeking an experienced Enrolment Support Officer to manage the enrolment process for new families.
The Opportunity:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding families through the application process, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Family Onboarding Process:** Coordinate with new families to complete all necessary documentation and ensure a smooth transition into our Early Learning Centre.
- Waitlist Management: Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to prospective families.
- Occupancy KPIs:** Contribute to achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy levels by implementing effective strategies to optimize enrolments.
- Booking Changes: Manage and facilitate booking change requests, minimizing disruption to current families.
- Orientation Arrangements:** Arrange orientation sessions to introduce families to our learning environment and policies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall family experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and enrolment procedures.
