Early Childhood Enrolment Specialist

This full-time position involves working closely with families, educators and staff to deliver a seamless enrolment experience.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to lead the implementation of our new enrolment system, ensuring timely processing and efficient management of enrolments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enrolments from commencement to completion, including data collection, verification and maintenance.
- Supporting families by providing clear, compassionate communication and guidance throughout the enrolment process.
- Collaborating with educators and staff to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Developing and implementing reports and correspondence to support enrolment processes.
Requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field.
- Familiarity with enrolment systems and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check.
