Student Enrolment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the planning, processing, scheduling and delivery of student enrolment processes and activities across an organisation for all student cohorts.
In this role, you will focus on supporting the development of enrolment/re-enrolment processes, ensuring that all related activity runs smoothly and on schedule. You will work closely with other enrolment staff to meet student administration needs and provide a positive enrolment experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrated customer/student-focused operations
- Commitment to excellence in service quality and continuous improvement
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate complex issues
- Capacity to conceptualise, develop and maintain significant policies and procedures
- Ability to learn and use computer software packages
- Experience in higher education administration management, especially in relation to enrolments and course advice
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training is required.
