Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing the Strategic Plan: Develop and execute annual objectives that align with our vision, culture, and philosophy.
  • Leadership and Vision: Manage Bayley House in the best interests of stakeholders by providing strategic direction and inspiration.
  • Program Delivery: Champion service quality, growth, and development to ensure high-quality outcomes for our clients.
  • Community Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, promoting a positive image and reputation.
  • CORporate Social Responsibility: Lead initiatives that promote ethics, integrity, and social responsibility within the organization.

You will be responsible for communicating our vision, strategy, and business plan to external stakeholders and fostering ethical decision-making within the organisation.
