Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships and income diversification.
  • A passion for food systems, agriculture or sustainability.
  • Experience in community-based programming.
  • Proven senior leadership experience, with the ability to engage boards, inspire teams and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Financial literacy, including budgeting, reporting and compliance.
  • An empathetic approach and proven ability to lead with authenticity.
