Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a CEO/CFO based in Armadale, VIC, with some work from home acceptable. The CEO/CFO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and financial management of the company. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, managing financial operations, overseeing sales and operational processes, and ensuring alignment with company goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive growth and efficiency across all business functions.

Qualifications
  • Finance and Operations Management skills
  • SaaS startup experience
  • Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
  • Sales and Business Development skills (not essential)
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (office-based and remote)
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred
