Job Opportunity: Clinical Lead in Australia

A highly experienced Clinical Lead is sought to maintain territory coverage of selected states in Australia, providing primary support and travel as required. The role involves working with a high degree of independence to lead and develop field-based clinical specialists into a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure market drivers/needs are adequate to achieve business objectives
  • Evaluate communication and documentation programs and support tools for effectiveness through customer and sales force feedback
  • Provide clinical in-service assistance, analyze and resolve problems, and assist customers in the optimal use of products
  • Coordinate support and training of new trial sites and identify customer needs and assess opportunities to deliver value
  • Execute effective transfer of knowledge to customers during on-site training and provide clinical or technical training support to field associates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the role
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical or clinical experience or successful clinical support or relevant experience in a field sales or marketing environment
  • Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge, leadership skills, and analytical thinking

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in trials including design, training of site participants, and clinical monitoring
  • Analyze therapy trends in the marketplace and communicate to necessary departments
  • Provide detailed input/feedback to Account Managers regarding accounts and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
