Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead to play a key leadership role in our Infrastructure and Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day ICT operations, managing vendors and service delivery performance, coordinating major incidents and root cause analysis, driving infrastructure reliability and lifecycle management, and supporting technical delivery of system upgrades and integrations.

To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field;
  • Extensive experience in ICT operations management, ideally in a government sector;
  • Strong technical leadership and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Familiarity with government ICT frameworks and compliance;
  • ITIL certification (desirable) and eligibility for Baseline security clearance;
