Job Description

The Digital Health Leadership role involves leading the development and implementation of innovative projects aligned with the Transforming Your Experience strategy. This position requires collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff, patients and consumers, senior leaders and external partners to align services with community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating current services and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Developing new virtual clinical pathways and leading change management initiatives.
  • Focusing on the development and implementation of remote patient monitoring services across the district.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a health management field and/or relevant experience in a health-related or health management field.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with coordination of diverse inputs and achievement of performance targets within tight timeframes.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiation and engagement with stakeholders at all levels through a collaborative approach.
