Job Opportunity: Lease Administrator

This role offers the chance to join a dynamic retail leasing and centre management team, supporting the coordination of lease documentation processes.

The successful applicant will have experience in the retail property industry, with strong Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail. They will also be familiar with commercial tenancy laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate review of draft documents with Senior Leasing Executive and Property Manager within agreed timeframes.
  • Compile comments on draft and advise Solicitors to update documents accordingly within agreed timeframes.
  • Arrange mortgagee consent as required for documents which are to be registered with relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with solicitors on registration and approvals.
  • Distribute fully executed Lease documents, including inserting relevant dates into Lease, to tenants and file accordingly.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain and update leasing template documents and forms for all properties.
  2. Assist in ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the lease process.
