Customer Retention Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to help deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to achieve their goals and provide ongoing support to ensure satisfaction.

This is an entry-level position suitable for someone with some basic skills, good motivation, and the ability to learn. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by working with clients
  • Product Adoption and Success: Support customers gain value from our product/service
  • Customer Advocacy and Feedback: Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

The successful candidate will possess the following strengths:
