Senior Real Estate Investment Specialist

This is a newly created position within a private equity fund manager, investing in a diversified real estate strategy.
The Investment Manager will work closely with the Partner to play a critical role in an end-to-end investment position. The team invests in real estate housing developments, partnering with affordable and social housing providers.
The successful candidate will leverage a broad understanding of property development and asset management to represent the investor with external developers and providers.
Utilising problem-solving skills to tackle decisions to achieve investment outcomes across an active portfolio of developments, as well as post-completion settlement and ongoing asset management.
This role will involve managing relationships with debt providers and equity investors, ensuring all financial obligations are met, and adequate reporting on investments.
Candidates for this position should have circa 10 years of experience in real estate, preferably residential development and commercial investment.
Key requirements include good technical skills, strong financial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
