Real Estate Debt Investment Specialist

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Debt Investment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for underwriting commercial real estate debt investments, executing transactions across various real estate asset classes, and managing an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions.
Key Responsibilities- Underwrite commercial real estate debt investments, evaluating credit risk and potential returns
- Execute transactions across various real estate asset classes, including new originations and loan modifications
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of real estate debt positions, maintaining strong borrower relationships
- Conduct property tours, market research, and financial analysis to inform investment decisions
- Strong analytical and detail-orientation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with borrowers and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and investment trends
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, lending, investment banking, or brokerage
