Real Estate Investment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Real Estate Investment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our investment management group, you will be responsible for conducting market research and financial analysis to support strategic real estate initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research and financial analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Support senior brokers in client interactions, including property viewings and negotiations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN A PROPERTIES DATABASE FOR RECURRING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
- Evaluate land and building feasibility, providing advice to property owners.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Real Estate valuation in Hong Kong.
- A degree in Surveying or Real Estate is preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as HKIS or RICS are advantageous.
- A valid EAA license is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
