Real Estate Investment Professional

We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Investment Professional to join our APAC team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for underwriting real estate investment opportunities, conducting market and deal research, and supporting senior investment team members on transaction analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis of real estate investments, including modeling cash flows, financing and tax assumptions, IRRs, and output sensitivities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret real estate, economic, and public company data to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents for internal and external purposes, including writing investment committee memos.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including asset management, development, ESG, and corporate functions.
Requirements:
  • Approximately 4 years + experience in investments, preferably with an investment banking or real estate fund background.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience building financial models, preparing presentations, and undertaking research.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external professionals.
