Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions, assisting in the due diligence process for potential investments, performing market research to identify investment opportunities, preparing investment memorandums and presentations for stakeholders, and supporting the management of existing investment portfolios. They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough financial modeling and analysis to inform strategic investment decisions
  • Assisting in the evaluation and due diligence process for potential investments
  • Performing in-depth market research to identify new investment opportunities
  • Preparing comprehensive investment memorandums and presentations for key stakeholders
  • Supporting the effective management of existing investment portfolios
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on various initiatives
Requirements:Junior Candidates:
  • A degree in finance, economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the real estate investment sector
Experienced Candidates:
  • 7-8 years of experience in loan origination, preferably within a bank's real estate team or a property fund
  • Proven track record in managing teams and leading projects
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate debt and equity investments
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic initiatives
