We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining strong partnerships with hospitality clients. This role will involve building relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

- Client Relationship Management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospitality clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.\
- Business Development. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights, recommending innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.\
- Proposal and Presentation. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations, showcasing the value of our services and driving client engagement.\
- Sales Strategy and Execution. Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.\
- Market Analysis and Insights. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.\
- Team Collaboration. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality results.\
- Continuous Learning. Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to continually improve skills and deliver exceptional results.\
- Communication and Stakeholder Management. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of goals, progress, and outcomes.

- 3+ Years Experience in Hospitality Sales or Account Management\
- Proven Track Record of Client Acquisition and Revenue Growth\
- Strong Relationship-Building and Communication Skills\
- Ability to Analyze Complex Business Needs and Develop Effective Solutions\
- Results-Driven and Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment\
- Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills\
- Technologically Savvy with Familiarity with CRM Systems\
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or Related Field
