Commercial Leadership Opportunity

We seek a seasoned commercial expert to spearhead the negotiation and management of high-value contracts and partnerships across our diverse portfolio.

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping strategic commercial outcomes through Public-Private Partnerships and large-scale agreements, driving sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

This is a critical position within our organisation, ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of partnership models in both public and private sectors.

The Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide sound commercial support to our Healthcare sector, including mobilisation of new hospital projects. Key responsibilities include end-of-month reporting, contractual compliance & reviews, and financial analysis of relevant portfolios.

Main responsibilities:

  • Timely month-end closing processes
  • Contractual compliance
  • Assisting internal stakeholders
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Hospital PPP contract management
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and streamlining of existing processes
  • Assist with retention, bid modelling & supporting growth
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a degree qualified individual with CA/CPA certification and a minimum of 5-7 years of previous experience within a commercial accounting environment.

Candidates should possess advanced technical and analytical skills, with proven ability in providing senior operations leadership with advanced finance support and influencing outcomes based on well-presented analytics.

A strong understanding of PPP environments and previous management experience within a hospital setting are essential.

Familiarity with Oracle/QFM systems and experience in financial modelling and commercial review would be advantageous.
