**ABOUT THE JOB**

This traineeship opportunity is available on a full-time basis and is reported to the Venue Manager. This is an opportunity to complete your Cert 3 in Hospitality paid for and supported by the employer.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Evening and weekend availability (essential)
- Passionate about hospitality and the overall customer experience.
- Have an eye for detail and great presentation and hygiene standards
- Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Comfortable and confident in food service and functions from casual through to high-end dining
- Knowledge of relevant work health and safety legislation
- Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills.
- Preparing, serving, and selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as coffees, lattes, and other drinks.
- Cleaning and maintaining bar areas.
- Washing, cleaning, and arranging glasses, plates and bottles.
- Advising and serving customers food.
- Collecting payments from customers.
- Cooking, preparing, and serving hot meals in kitchens.
- Monitoring quality control.
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene rules.
- Planning and assisting with the ordering of supplies and menu items.
