Job Description

As a key member of the student lifecycle team, you will play a vital role in supporting the University's core student information systems and business processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process improvements, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless delivery of student services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Expert Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and future student systems and business processes for the student lifecycle portfolio.
  • Documentation and Advice: Develop and maintain documentation for allocated student lifecycle portfolios and provide expert advice to business areas within the portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for business process improvements that leverage current or future functionality available in student systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders across the institution to discuss new processes, deliver training, and negotiate resolution of issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of current and future student systems, business processes, and academic administrative functions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
