Our Central Services Planning team is an integral part of the Global OTT Technology organisation which delivers market leading products and capabilities across Sky Group. We are looking for a passionate, committed Planning Analyst to join our team
You will:
As a Planning Analyst in Global OTT Technology Central Services you will support the Planning team across the following crucial areas, working collaboratively with Finance and the Portfolio Delivery and Development teams:
- Project/Programme resource forecasting and actuals tracking across all Portfolios of work- Data Analysis and identifying key callouts- Report production and presentation to team members (Directors/Heads of Department)- Tracking of external/third party resources and services- Timesheet compliance- Other capacity and demand related projects, as and when required

You will:
- Be an experienced Analyst- Demonstrate quality and attention to detail in everything you do- Have a 'can do' demeanour, will lead by example, and be prepared to focus and commit when needed- Be highly organised and have the drive to bring order and structure to the planning environment you'll be working in- Have strong customer management, analytical and reporting skills- Have excellent Microsoft Office skills- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent prioritisation skills in order to balance key priorities- Pride yourself on your strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral- Be a 'people person' with the ability to build productive working relationships- Ideally have some experience or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle
