Chief Inclusivity Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to fill the role of Head Of Diversity. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our schools are the first choice for families, students, and staff.
The Head of Diversity will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance student learning and engagement across all levels of education. This includes collaborating with teachers and support staff to differentiate learning and cater to individual student needs.
Another key responsibility will be promoting a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect within our school community. You will also be expected to foster partnerships with local communities and organizations to provide students with real-world learning experiences.
Furthermore, you will provide professional development opportunities for teachers to improve their teaching practice and stay up-to-date with best practices in education. Your goal will be to motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a life-long love of learning.
