Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for taking ownership of requirements from inception through to implementation.

You will identify and derive technical requirements in support of the development of the International ATOM CMS.

Your role will involve working with client development teams, UX & CMS engineering teams to develop reusable, multi-propositional content management solutions.

You will also support the Technical Product Owner/Manager in ensuring the implementation aligns with the CMS product and technical strategy.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A highly motivated self-starter attitude.
  • The ability to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and handle changing priorities.
  • Experience of working with teams adopting Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, and XP).
  • Validated experience of day-to-day agile technical analyst responsibilities (backlog refinement, planning sessions, showcases, collecting stories/cards/acceptance criteria, etc.).
  • The ability to interact authoritatively with developers, testers, and dev-ops team members.
