Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious clinician to lead our Joint Venture Partner initiative in Bass Hill and Bonnyrigg, NSW.

As a Joint Venture Partner, you will have the autonomy to run your own business while being supported by a dynamic organization. You will work alongside our Optometry team to provide quality care to the local community.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified practitioner with two years of clinical experience and high-level interpersonal skills. They will be able to build strategic working relationships and drive business outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
  • Two years clinical experience post obtaining QP.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
