Advance Jetstar's Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives

About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Inclusion and Diversity Advisor to partner with our Senior Manager, Attraction & Inclusion, and broader Qantas Group Inclusion & Diversity Team to deliver various initiatives that foster a more inclusive and safe workplace culture across Jetstar.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the Jetstar Inclusion & Diversity strategy and key priorities, ensuring they align with the overall group approach.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to build engagement and progress of Inclusion and Diversity objectives at Jetstar.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team to increase representation of underrepresented groups at Jetstar and ensure a supportive candidate experience.
  • Conduct data analysis on a regular basis to enable leaders and team members to monitor Inclusion and Diversity progress against strategic priorities, action plan deliverables, and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Support the engagement and growth of various Jetstar Employee Network Groups.

Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and delivering Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and programs, including partnering with Employee Network Groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage projects and programs from inception to delivery.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
