Insurance Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to manage claims-related administration and customer-service activities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of accounts, registration of claims, and efficient management of customer claims administration.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely payment of accounts
- Registration of claims and early notifications
- Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries, and file management
- Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner
- Active participation in ongoing projects under management
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Business Administration Certificate (essential)
- Strong computer skills, especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office
- Team player with a focus on customer service excellence
- Professional phone manner with clear verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to learning
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
