Job Overview

A fast-growing organisation is seeking a motivated Product Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience and a background in sales, technical support, or the electrical/solar industry. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this role.

This position requires someone with hands-on industry experience and strong commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, assess and introduce new products aligned with customer and market needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing, promotions, and launch planning.
  • Deliver product training and support to internal teams and resellers.
  • Support inventory management, forecasting, and product lifecycle planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in P&L monitoring and provide insights for product line improvements.
  • Contribute to business plans and detailed marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product, account management, or technical support in the solar or electrical industry (non-IT).
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Confident working with suppliers and negotiating agreements.
  • Strong time management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Detail-focused and analytical, with basic financial understanding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), G Suite, and Dropbox.

As a successful candidate, you will possess exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
