We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Private Label team as a Product Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market-competitive products that meet quality and delivery standards.
- Market Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research to provide accurate competitor overviews, country of origin information, and other relevant data to support product briefs.
- Pricing Strategy: Execute pricing changes and support New Product Development initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Experience: Merchandise experience in retail or FMCG industries is essential.
- Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and turn them into commercial outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
