About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
