Key Parts and Service Sales Representative

About the Role
Sandvik is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Product Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Key Parts and Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying aftermarket parts and service sales opportunities for a key customer of Sandvik.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and act on aftermarket issues and opportunities, serving as a liaison with the customer until resolution.
- Develop sales opportunities for all aftermarket products across various Sandvik product lines.
- Conduct gap analysis on existing fleets to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon targets.
- Ensure accounts adhere to terms and conditions of sale.
- Provide support and assistance in following up on outstanding debtors.
- Liaise between the customer and Sandvik on aftermarket issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Predictive parts forecasting through analyzing customer maintenance strategies and planning to ensure parts availability meets customer demand and expectations.
Requirements
- A mechanical trade qualification or mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Ability to work underground and willingness to travel up to 40% nationally.
- Proven track record of high achievement in customer support or account management roles.
- Interest in personal and professional development.
- Background in parts and service, surface or underground mining, or knowledge of Sandvik underground equipment is advantageous.
