Trademark Administrator Role

This role is crucial in managing and safeguarding clients' intellectual property assets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing local and international trademark, design, and domain portfolios.
  • Preparing and submitting trademark applications, oppositions, renewals, and related filings.
  • Providing support for disputes, infringement, and enforcement matters.
  • Maintaining and updating IP management systems, templates, and databases.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Trademark Administration within a legal or specialist IP environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP systems, trademark law processes, and international jurisdictions.
  • A proactive approach with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage large client portfolios and work independently when required.
  • A genuine interest in Intellectual Property and brand protection.
