Job Title: Intellectual Property Asset Manager

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious law firm as an Intellectual Property Asset Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and protecting clients' intellectual property assets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage local and international trademark, design, and domain portfolios
  • Prepare and lodge trademark applications, oppositions, renewals, and related filings
  • Support disputes, infringement, and enforcement matters
  • Update and maintain IP management systems, templates, and databases
  • Collaborate with Partners, Associates, and fellow administrators to deliver exceptional client service
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need to bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in Trademark Administration within a legal or specialist IP environment
  • Strong knowledge of IP systems, trademark law processes, and international jurisdictions
  • A proactive, meticulous approach with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to manage large client portfolios and work autonomously when required
  • A genuine interest in Intellectual Property and brand protection
