Intellectual Property Lawyer / Trade Marks Attorney is a full-time remote role that requires an experienced and passionate professional to manage trade mark portfolios and provide services including strategy, applications, prosecution, and contested hearings.

This role involves drafting and filing trade mark applications, advising clients on global IP strategies, and representing clients in trade mark proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property and Trade Marks
  • Experience providing legal advice in IP and commercial contexts

  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Current Practising Certificate
  • Masters Degree in IP law is advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role or legal practice is advantageous
