Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all contract processes are undertaken in accordance with our authorized company contract system, policies, and procedures. This will involve providing advice and assistance to site management and Principal's Representatives on the correct protocols and procedures for initiating and undertaking contract works.

Additionally, you will confirm that all Contract processes are accurate and up-to-date, assist in or undertake the development of tender documentation, manage the tender process including liaising with key stakeholders, responding to tenderer enquiries, and negotiating Contracts.

Furthermore, you will ensure that contract documentation meets the required standards, contains all necessary authorizations, and is maintained in an accurate and efficient system to record, store, and recover all documentation associated with all contract processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and written skills with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach and commercially orientated with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
  • High level computer skills, including Microsoft Suite of applications and SAP.
