About the Role

As a key player in learning technology operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our learning program and development offerings.

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a strong ability to make an impact and influence areas of efficiency. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing learning technology systems and operations within our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives through your expertise in learning technologies, project management, and operational processes.
  • Optimize learning technologies for efficient content delivery, skills measurement, learner progress tracking, and learning solution effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure consistent sign-off and updates of learning content.
  • Monitor the performance of development programs and assess performance-related data to determine the overall effectiveness of capability development initiatives on employee performance.
  • Provide access to learning data that supports control owners in effectively managing any risk controls associated with learning processes.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors on behalf of our knowledge and capability solutions team.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in learning technology and operations.
  • Actively participate in relevant governance forums, ensuring effective communication and escalation of issues on behalf of the knowledge and capability solutions team.

What We Need:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (HR, Management, Business, Commerce, etc.).
  • Five years of management experience in customer service, operations, or a training/HR environment with a broad range of customers with diverse needs.
  • Learning leadership experience coupled with the ability to uplift capability development services that measurably improve employee satisfaction.
  • Previous experience with learning management platforms.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
