Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

Our Delivery Driver plays a key role in our branch teams, building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in a customer-facing role. A typical day isn't just driving and delivering parts – it's about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Safely deliver parts & products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Actively promote products & marketing activities when delivering products
  • Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proactive approach to multitasking and prioritizing deliveries based on urgency
  • A customer service mindset, with excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • A current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
