Job Title: Delivery Coordinator


Job Description

The role of a delivery coordinator involves managing and coordinating deliveries to trade customers, building strong relationships through sales and service standards, and providing customer-facing support.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our business. As a delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate and manage deliveries efficiently and effectively
  2. Build strong relationships with customers through high standards of sales and service
  3. Ensure a safe work environment by displaying safe work and driving behaviors
  4. Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  5. Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products
  6. Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, and processing credits

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Customer service mindset and ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor
  • Comfort working independently and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature
  • Hold a current/valid driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desirable)
