Carer Support Navigator

Provide exceptional support to carers during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Implement end-to-end services including intake, registration, assessment and planning for carers contacting us.
- Offer emergency respite care for carers experiencing crisis and burnout.
- Support carers via phone or online channels during afterhours shifts.
You will need:
- Diploma qualifications in a relevant field, plus experience in community services, allied health or peer roles.
- Experience in supporting individuals experiencing crisis and complex supports.
- Right to work in Australia; valid driver's licence and ability to travel.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (free online).
- National Police Records Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check (Employee/Paid).
