Wellways is seeking a Carer Coach to join their team.

The successful candidate will facilitate coaching services that support carers to increase their individual agency and empower them to find practical steps towards self-identified goals. They will work with carers to build skills and resilience, creating an environment that is welcoming, real, and empowering.

This role involves facilitating one-on-one and group coaching sessions, building relationships with carers based on Wellways values, and engaging with external and internal stakeholders. Community engagement and networking are also key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma in Coaching, Counselling, or Community Services, along with previous experience in group development and facilitation. They will be able to work autonomously while being a supportive and flexible team member.
