Global Trade Compliance Professional

A leading gaming industry company is looking to add a Global Trade Compliance Professional to their team.

This role provides leadership and direction for the development, administration, and enforcement of policies related to global trade compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional brokers and freight forwarders to resolve issues causing import/export delays and implement change management to address gaps.
  • Act as regional liaison for import and export activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation, and country of origin determinations, among other government data points.
  • Manage customs brokers and reporting activities across regions, including Free Trade Agreement qualification and duty recovery programs.
  • Support export and import operations at regional centers and warehouses.
  • Support customer return goods reporting and customs reconciliation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global trade compliance regulations and experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

They will be able to analyze data to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
