Job Title: Global Trade Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Trade Specialist. As a key member of our customs brokerage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless air and sea freight clearances for a wide range of commodities.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic freight forwarder that offers global air and sea capabilities. You will be responsible for classifying and lodging air and sea freight clearances, liaising with clients to manage clearances and ensure compliance with customs regulations, responding to customs inquiries from both colleagues and customers, maintaining knowledge on current changes to customs processes and regulations, providing customs advice and support as required, and managing tariff concessions and valuation matters.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Licensed Customs Broker with strong technical knowledge of customs processes and regulations. You should have effective communication skills at multiple levels, the ability to manage your time efficiently and solve problems promptly, dedication to delivering exceptional service to clients, and the ability to work well in a KPI-driven environment.
