Trade Compliance Specialist

Aristocrat is looking to add a specialist to their Global Trade Compliance team.
The Global Trade Compliance team's primary function is to provide leadership and direction for the development, administration, and enforcement of policies related to Aristocrat's global trade compliance program.
The Trade Specialist's main responsibilities include supporting customs reporting activities, conducting audits of customs brokers and regional operations to ensure compliance, and analyzing import/export data to identify potential risks.What You'll DoSupport regional brokers and freight forwarders to resolve issues causing import/export delays and implement change management to address gaps.Act as regional liaison for import and export activities to ensure compliance and timely delivery.Provide guidance on tariff classification, customs valuation, and country of origin determinations, among other government data points.Manage customs brokers and reporting activities across regions, including Free Trade Agreement qualification and duty recovery programs.Support export and import operations at regional centers and warehouses.Support customer return goods reporting and customs reconciliation processes.Review and submit broker bills for payment.Stay updated on customs programs, initiatives, and regulatory changes in relevant regions and analyze their impact on Aristocrat.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in trade compliance, audit, finance, or related areas.Strong knowledge of customs laws and regulations in AU, ANZ, China, including tariff classification and free trade agreements.Experience with project management and global trade systems (e.g., ERP, SQL).
